Low Cost Lead Generation Integrity

Low cost lead generation and being real are important. I’m not saying to be wimpy. I’m saying to be real.

Allow me to explain a bit.

On your lead capture pages you want to be strong. You’re going to stay away from “I’d like to invite you” or “When You’re ready please” take this free thing of great value that you have to offer.

Admit it. You’d be unimpressed too.

Making people feel confident in you is key to being able to help them. It’s important, just like your completed sales funnel and keeping you costs low. (This is low cost lead generation after all. If you want leads you’ll have to do it right.)

“I’m going to show you.” Or “On this page you will find…” and “I have proven that…” is a good start for a strong feeling of authority on your page.

Take care which exact words you use. I’m just trying to get my point across. I know that when I was a new internet marketer I was not confident enough to come up with strong words on my own. You may feel the same way. “How can I make such promises?”

Before you make all of those promises your job is to make sure your low cost lead generation sales funnel is fully in place. If you’re not working directly with someone who has already created a solid funnel then it’s up to you to make it yourself – BEFORE you make any promises on a lead capture page.

I’ve found that it takes watching a training video about 7 times to really grasp the whole thing and teach it. Here’s what I do – I watch it once, then I watch it as I create my own version of it. Follow those guidelines and by the time you’re finished making your own training you will know exactly what you are talking about.

Here’s a trick you should use: Once you know what you’re talking about make your own training video immediately. Don’t let the rush wear off. Do it right then while your super excited and you can speak with power. You may have to put a few things off for the day but you’ll be glad you did. An honestly, a training video doesn’t have to take all day to create.

Pretty soon what you’ll find is that you have created a series of training videos that fit together in sequence to teach your potential business partners (leads) how to duplicate you, thus generating a relationship of trust and giving them a great reason to join your team later.

We’ve discussed a little bit about low cost lead generation now. But we really need to talk about turning those leads into members of your growing team and helping them duplicate you.

Honestly, I don’t think I can say it any better than this: make it easier for them than it was for you.

I’d like to recommend you put some thought into that. What does every network marketer want? They want it to go fast and they want to put very little work into it. You have the power to give them both. You’ll have to make sure they know that “very little work” doesn’t mean no work at all, but they are welcome to ride the coat-tails of your credibility in order to gain their own.

Low cost lead generation is absolutely simple. There are a few tools to learn, yes, but once they’re learned it’s a snap. Simply tap into your creative powers and teach your growing team to do the same. Show people what they need to know in order to artfully lead.

The people you help who finish their set up will most likely stick it out and play until they win. There are too many who quit during set-up, thus failing all the way to their toes and going away bitter.

I’ll see you at the top, my friend.

Ten Steps To Generating Internet Leads

A surprising number of small businesses and professionals have the misguided notion that if they create a web site that duplicates their business brochure they will magically have new internet leads for their business. Building a lead generating machine takes a little more effort. But it also is not rocket science.

If you want to generate internet leads that will increase your business, you need a lead generation plan, a website built to convert leads, a little hard work, and a process to move people through a lead conversion funnel.

When people go to the internet, they want information. They will give you contact information and permission to contact them only if you make available quality content in an engaging package. This means that part of your internet leads strategy must include a way to produce and promote consistently to the world relevant information. You must decide what kind of content you can offer and figure out how your potential customers want to receive that information. They you must decide whether to offer it free or put a price tag on it. Last, you need to decide how and where to advertise that information and how you will use it to get permission to contact people again.

The kind of marketing steps that will bring new internet leads to your site are:

- an active presence on a social network

- writing, publishing ad promoting content – articles, reports, white papers, etc.

- optimized press releases

- a web site created with the customer in mind

- high search rankings

- video content (if appropriate)

- a website structured to convert leads to prospects

- email marketing strategy

- online advertising

- a process for converting leads to customers.

Whether you launch a strategy to get internet leads on the basis of your own efforts and by hiring the right people to build your site and produce your content or you decide to buy internet leads from one of the companies that sells lists of targeted leads, you must have the processes in place to convert those leads to prospects and then to customers.
